Our site is designed to promote narrow gauge model trains built to a scale of 7/8ths of an inch equals one foot, or 1:13.7. The site promotes modelers across the globe. 7/8ths scale is relatively new to the market, which results in very few commercial offerings in the marketplace. The items produced commercially tend to be in very limited numbers (under 100 ). This creates a scale in which 95% of the models are scratchbuilt. Our site will hopefully share ideas and provide inspiration to both those new to the hobby, and those who pioneered the scale.
